This pre-publication price will be in effect until the printed version is shipping; the full package will then cost $55.

How to purchase by check:

Register for the free preview. Then write down the name and email address you used to register, plus your mailing address (for the print copy). An easy way to do this is to return to the preceding screen, choose File > Print from your browser, and then fill in the blanks.

Enclose that page (or the same information in a letter) with a check for USD$27.50 or equivalent, and send it to:
